[sdiy] TR606 Memory IC's

 Can I run this one passed you guys?

Ive ordered a pair of 606 memory IC's from a dealer in the states and Im just checking to make sure they are correct before they get
soldered in place. The Originals are 823204 mitsubishi M58981p-30 and the new ones are maxim tc5514p  fb4.

Im new to repairs but Ive built a few units so I thought Id better check.

PS Does anyone one here have a 101 they are breaking for spares as Im after a pitch / modulation bender unit (not the external grip) as mine
has the housing broken.
