This is getting pretty extreme. I mean, using a freq synthesizer or PLL for
a single frequency that could be easily generated by a single-crystal
oscillator circuit. All you need to do is get the correct crystal. I don't
think they are that expensive. You certainly don't have to fart around with
all this added complexity.

Of course, this assumes that all you really want is an accurate 2.00024 MHz
clock, and are not interested in a variable frequency clock.
