[sdiy] HP Counter Recommendation?

I personally like stobe tuners.  The Conn tuner is the best I have have 
used, but even the POS HMR stobe tuner I have does the job...A good 
frequency counter (I have used a thing called a timing analyzer, which is 
just a fancy freq counter) isn't too bad, but I find the stobe tuners just 
easier and quicker to use...
