Well, *partially* good news.....
I looked closely at the PCBs, found a small area of ICs which was full with dirt.I sprayed some contact fluid than clean it with an ear stick.
Than let it dry and powered up. Surprisingly the synth has STOPPED playing it's own notes 
automatically and randomly,
but still there was left a strange symptom -
When I play the keyboard, on a few certain keys, 
when they are pressed, an additional note is heard as well as the pressed key note.
I noticed that about one second has to pass between each key press for the additional 
note to be played as well.
I mean if I hit one of those problematic keys a few times a second, 
the additional note will be heard only at the 3rd or 4th key-press !
If I hit it once a second so it will be head at each key press.
Strange isn't it ?.... gonna check that area I clean up again...
any ideas ??
