[sdiy] Inverting/noninverting attenuator circuit

Hi

Anyone have a simple circuit for taking a signal and creating 
inverting/noninverting outputs with a single knob that mixes between them? 
Kinda similar to the Serge paradigm of CV signals--even better would be the 
"dead spot" Serge attenuators seem to have at the 12 o'clock position...

I want to use it to mix either + or - audio feedback in a circuit I'm 
building. I found a possible example with the input on Tim Ressel's VCLFO 
circuit on his website. If there's any better ideas, I'm all ears.
