[sdiy] 3D control interfaces

Well, I didn't had much luck / responses
with my recent proposal of DIY 3D control
interfaces, but may be this isn't the best place
to discuss this topic... the music-dsp list is
probably a better place...

Anyway, before I start developing my own
DSP card (something that my present financial
situation doesn't allow) and coding in openGL like crazy,
I was wondering if I could do some prototyping
of 3D interfaces with CSound... Browsing a few websites
yesterday evening, I noticed that there's a fair amount of
scores & instruments for all kinds of synthesis
techniques (including phys. model.).
But I haven't used CSound in a while, and was
wondering if anyone on this list had any recent
experience with it, especially in realtime synthesis...
AFAIR there is a realtime option...

Please reply off-list if you think this is of little
interest to this list...
