[sdiy] New CGS design

I've just uploaded a new CGS design to http://www.cgs.synth.net/
Called Modulo Magic, this is a CV and waveform processor that can constrict
CVs to preset bands, generate "cascading ripples", makes a great wave
multiplier producing pleasant reedy type sounds (CV controllable of course)
and so on.
