Is anyone familiar with AutoTRAX EDA?

Version 2.01 came out recently and the full version is available at a
special discount, if you act before July 14th. It's currently $95, instead
of $495.

That's a pretty deep discount, but is the software very good? If I
understand correctly, it does schematic capture, circuit board layout, and
Spice simulation. I currently have no software in those categories, and
would like to hear comments from people who might be familiar with this
product.
