	Must be refering to my VCO....:-)

	In my opinion, the Terry Michaels VCO (aka ASM-1) is the simplest 
musically useful VCO...they only thing that might make it complicated is 
locating the Q81 type (+3300ppM) tempco resistor.

	But as pointed out in another posting...it is the expo converter that 
makes the VCO's complicated.

	Some suggestions:Get literature.  Best source is Electronotes 
reprints...although, probably not an ecconomical option for a student...
