Just so you know, the product/s I recommended are *not* lubricants. They
perform anti-oxidant, cleaning, and preservative functions. Metal keyboard
contacts don't typically need "lubrication" at all. They *do* benefit from
a good anti-oxidation treatment. These products also don't leave behind any
oily, slimy, or sticky residue.

I'm not saying that leaving your contacts "bare" is a terrible thing to do.
I just didn't want you to think I was suggesting a lubricant for key
contacts, because that's not what you really need, and that isn't what I
was suggesting.
