[sdiy] custom panels?

Some time ago somebody posted a link to a company that would produce a 4
unit rack panel with custom artwork as supplied as a jpg or tif file. The
whole panel only cost $40 approx plus shipping. unfortunately I have lost
all of my bookmarks and am unable to relocate it.
