[sdiy] psychedelic bananas

Is this paint something the local "Joann's" or Michaels would have?
Looks very cool.  I just picked up a lifetime supply of banana jacks at a
swapmeet for $20.  Good candidates...
Can the paint do a solid color as well as the swirl-mix look?
