Hi Chriss. If it doesn't go below 1 Hz, the PNP transistors are
unfortunately not matched well enough. Mine goes down to at least 0,1 Hz
with hand-matched BC560C.
With some pairs that I tested, it would not even make 25 Hz though, so it
very much depend on the transistors.
If you only want the LFO range, you can change the 4n7 capacitor to
something bigger.
