[sdiy] Old Rams

Hi list,

a friend of mine wants to build a programmable sequencer from an elektor
circuit, and as he doesn't want to do any changes to the circuit and
doesn't want to reroute the layout he needs some of the old fashioned
2101 and 2102 static rams (128x4 Bit or so).
Does anybody know where to get them nowadays?
