[sdiy] OTA/filter article

[The Proteus]

	Sweet! I was just starting a VC state-variable filter design with
OTAs, and I'm always up for getting more information regarding these
circuits. I especially like the part in the paper that illustrates FDNRs
and more obscure types of amplifier networks.
