And make sure you use metal film resistors too. :)

Seriously, if you are going for a "colored" noise, I doubt you would want
components that add white noise used in the filters. Of course any noise
they might add would be hard to distinguish. 

It is a different matter when the "noise generator" in question is a Wurly
electric piano. Metal films had a significant impact here!
