[sdiy] Multi-Input filters

i think its funny this has popped up.

after getting back from my holiday break, i've just started looking again at
the modifications to the moog ladder to get highpass output. to get notch
response from the filter the same signal is injected at both top and bottom
of the ladder. i had the idea it might be also an interesting way to mix
different sources, but along the lines of a way to pan between saw and pulse
outputs of an oscillator.

always the way when you think you have an idea, it's been done before. it
still might be interesting though.
