Hmmm, sounds fairly easy. But you do need some sort of 
variable air chamber for the proper resonance. I have some 
bellows assemblies and some linear actuators that could be 
combined to simulate the mouth chamber, as well as pumps 
and valves to simulate breath flow. Coupled with a small 
solenoid to trigger the harp and digital control over the 
whole mess, and Cynthia has a new product! ;-)
