And also the same ParcelFarce whose phone people said 'Yes, we do same day 
delivery' and whose depot people - after a Bulldog Drummond car chase 
sequence to get to the nearest depot in time - said 'Ohhhhhh no we don't. 
Who told you that then? Have you tried your post office?' (Who don't 
either, as it happens.)
