I fall in exactly the same catagory as Jim... I've got one, but haven't had
the time to build it.
I started mine, but got interrupted by other projects, and haven't gotten
back to it. I planned to do some modifications to mine as I built it...
and made a little webpage about it.

and since I never finished the BassAce, these ideas are untested.... so use
at your own risk. Also, there's a few documented errors on the BassAce
circuit board. There are corrections listed in the EFM archives and the
bassace documentation.
