can anyone help me identify the revision and rom version of this prophet 
5... version 3.something?  i think.

on circuit board #3 there is silkscreening that reads M-213 and 3-REV. 
board 4 reads M-214.

on the two rom chips the labels are handwritten:
1. 1987 10-5-1
2. 1987 10-5-0

also, this puppy has integrated MIDI in/out.
