[sdiy] Pot with Pull switch

Does anyone have a suggestion for a potentiometer with a pull or push type
switch, rather than the more ordinary turn off at zero/rotary type switch?
I'm looking for the following characteristics:

Cermet or Conductive Plastic Element 
¼" shaft
linear and log taper available
PCB and solder type lugs available
SPDT or DPDT push/pull switch

I have samples of the Xicon/Alpha 16mm pot with DPDT pull switch, but this
comes in only linear taper and carbon elements.
