[sdiy] non locking SPDT switch?

Hi List,

I'm looking for a SPDT switch where it's lever does only lock in the middle
or one outside postion. The third position should behave like a push-button
(i.e. non-locking).

First of all, what's the precise name for such a thing and does anyone know
of an EU-based shop selling such a switch?
