That guy who supplies QST & AmateurRadio pcbs will do this.
I'll try to find his addy.

In the meantime, are there any simple PCB progs that make it easy to 
import a graphic (in this case a scan of a pcb) and allow you to 
view it as you redo the layout by hand, in a 'join the dots' fashion?
