Hey - Dieter Doepher didn't invent the 3RU high component!  There's no
blessing requiring. Dieter's/Analogue System/Analgue Solutions is 129.5 mm
high.  It works out to 5.05 inches.

As far as counting holes, it looks like A. Systems stuff places the holes
5mm in from the faceplate L/R edge and 3mm from the top/bottom edge.
