[sdiy] TOG Substitute - CPLD

Thanks to my Synth-DIY website archive, I found out who did
this.  It was Tim Ressel, but unfortunately, the site
http://home.attbi.com/~t.ressel/ is gone.  Wayback doesn't
seem to know anything about it either.  Is Tim still around
here?  Did I miss his web site change announcement?  

My archive shows that he had done this with a CPLD, but the
list item on his Synth-DIY page has no link to a page for
details about this.  Content searches of the files in that
directory come up empty.
