Odp: [sdiy] Polyphonic issue revisited.

Just a word of warning, from someone who spent 5 years making
a polysynth. Well, it took me 5 years to build the damn thing!
And if it's not enpugh to scare you off, after I finished it, I never
wanted to go back to analog synth building and I hated it for
weak sound that didn't satisfy me enough.
But then something happened, I found this lis and I'm stuck
again in this analog goo. ;)
Anyway, I used TOG, so I got rid of tuning problems. Filters
and envelopes are analog, lots of digital circuitry, and Z80
controlling all that.
If you can get hold of that P6 voicing board, go ahead. It will
be much simpler and cheaper.
I know someone on this list has redesigned the P6 voicing
board and is offering PCBs for sale, but can't remember who that was.
Archives search might help?
