[sdiy] fusing a modulars power distribution board (where to put the fuses)?

Hi there,

I kinda asked this before, but still dont know...

My psu is 3.4amp, a lot higher then it needs to be.  My doepfer/AS system
will need no more then about 700ma from each distribution board

Now where abouts should i put the fuses?  And what capacities shoud they be
for this kind of supply?

(im thinking do i need to fuse both + and - rails, or what...?)
