Have you considered rolling your own????

You just need the sockets and some ribbon cable....

It's not hard to do if you have the special little press/vise base that allows
the DIP socket pins to be protected when the cable & socket are pressed 
together....

I'm sure you could fabricate a wooden jig that would work in a standard 
bench-top vise....
