[sdiy] Can someone check my LFO layout?

Hi all,
 I tried my hand at making a circuit layout in EAGLE. I haven't built
it yet, so I thought I would run it by you all first. I want to build
this circuit on pad per hole, that's why I designed it. It's an LFO and
can found at:
