Woah 15,000 uF on each rail ??? thats a lot of uF :^P

You  might want to consider a couple of mods... I'd put some series
resistance  between the regulator and the caps... they are BIG and when
they
start from zero they will draw a LOT of current.  What I do these days...
is to put
Polyswitch "fuses" in series. These are like .5 ohm when cold... but if
you overload them
they heat up and go to a high impedance... like 5K or so. This will give
you protection
from a short circuit and inrush current limiting.

Another good thing is a reverse biased diode across the regulators...
this prevents them from
reverse biasing (and dying) if there is a short on the primary side and
the synth capacitors
try to discharge through that path.

You'll see the diodes in the data sheet for the regulators...
