[sdiy] Combined CV/Gate on a cable

the NEXT (next) step would be to use those cute
stereo jacks in the modules that allow the plug
to go halfway in...  I'd put the gate on the tip,
and the CV on the ring... so that in an envelope
generator you could plug halfway in to connect the
gate only... then all the way in would allow gate
and CV (which might set peak level, or be mixed with
the env. output to give kbd tracking etc...

... so tough luck Magnus... your original standard is
now obsolete   :^P
