[sdiy] Help - I am being mailbombed

While I already let Postfix perform quite restrictive header and body
checks, then filter the remaining stuff through SpamAssassin, I still get
some spam every now and then.
I wonder if there's a script / filter rule which would be able to
- detect if a mail is HTML only (-> reject)
- if a mail comes in both
* strip off all bogus html tags
* render the "flattened" html into text
* compare with text and reject if different
The first one should not only work with Content Type=text/html (the easy
solution) but also with (so-called) plain text messages which then just
contain html formatted text.
Any links/ideas how to achieve that with Postfix/SpamAssassin?
Sorry for the OT,
Rainer
