[sdiy] Quality Capacitors

I buy mine from Farnell. I use the 63V LCR box type capacitors at 1%
tolerance. CPC and RS also sell these but at a slightly higher price. I
thought that Farnell did sell them in ones, but CPC and RS sell them in
fives.
