Nice effort Thomas, you have quite ambitious plans!

In regards to your ADSR design, you may want to eliminate 
C17 to allow for DC operation. As well, the output from the 
decay/sustain section looks to be out of phase to the 
output from the attack/release section. I'm a bit confused 
by your labelling of some controls, do you have a circuit 
description?
