The VCO is Hz/volts.
You can find the full schemos of the CS10 at
I have made some mods to my CS10, you can find these at :

It includes : a H/V to Octave/V converter for controlling other synths,
an octave divider to beef up the bass sounds. A saw to triangle converter.
(you can find the schemos and PCB drawing at my site)
