Hi All,
Thanks for the suggestions.
BTW, with a metal sheet folding machine I cut and partially mold the
contacts. This machine was a big help and saved me a lot of time. I
made +100 switches this morning and used a few for some test.

This is an improvised "stress test machine":

contacts there have gold-plated pins at ends)
The travel is 9mm, 6 cycles per second (approx):

In another test the switches are in a closed glass flask pending
a few milimeters of water with ferric chloride:
(can't put this in the scanner)
Now I'll wait for 2 or 3 days and then see what happened with them.
(hope the "stress machine" let me sleep tonight)
