Have you performed the reset procedure? You can't tell too much about a
Chroma Polaris, especially from just the way they sound when you try to
play them, unless you perform the reset procedure first. If you don't know
how to do the reset, let me know. I'll look it up for you. There are also
some diagnostic aids built into the firmware of the Polaris. I can help you
with those also, if you want.
