Well, sort of. I have a precision voltage source I
built and calibrated with a known good 6.5 digit
meter. I compared my old cal data with the new meter's
readings. I know this is not the prefered way of
calibration, but it told me the new meter was in the
ballpark. 

Does anyone have a reference cell they want to loan
me? ;-)
