[sdiy] A new space plan??

Just don't do what I did. Which was to move the bench into the living
room, and soon ending up dropping the soldering iron onto the nice
carpet.

Since we are living in a rented flat*, I wasn't so keen on letting the
carpet burn, so I reached into the darkness (another downside of
soldering in your living room) and I grabbed it.

By the wrong end.

Carpet survived though. My hand took some days to recover.

I hope they don't inspect the curtains in that room too closely when we
move out, since they bear a scar from having a Weller tip brush past
them. Bugger.

Cheers,

Trevor.
