Don't worry Jim. New heads are overrated anyway, there's usually 
nothing wrong with an old one that can't be fixed with a few wacks to

Fascinating, an irish mile is a little over 2048m (or should I say 
2^11m?)... I'll retract my former statement that no mile was longer 
than 2km.

Actually, with a little bit of searching I found that arabic miles are 
the longest at supposedly 2162m. That would make Jim's 1200 miles 
almost exactly 2600km, so I'm beginning to wonder in which bazaar he 
has bought his car...
