That now-infamous read you must remember is one side of a story.  Not
defending anyone here, just saying Gibosn weren't the only ones that could
have handled it better.

Regardng Lynx:  he's still around.  Not sure what he's doing.  He took over
for David Rosenboom as Don's programmer after the Touche.
