A crossfade is a lot easier than what the Voyager and its forebears (?) are
doing, just need an extra VCA (for the second OSC/source) and you need a CV
to inversely control the VCAs. This is the poor man's way to simulate a
morphing waveshape. I guess Serge and Buchla just built that into the OSC?
It's certainly a way to achieve more animation easily. Probably a well-known
technique, so I'll shut up now! <G>
