Hi Mike --

These are Si temperature sensors with about a +8000 ppm/K 
coefficient.  Rene has some nice work on his website where he shows how to 
trim these down to the correct 3350 ppm/K needed for compensating expo 
converters.  This was refered to in an earlier message today, if you still 
have it.
