Oakley would be a very good start, based in Cumbria. They offer PCBs
and partial parts kits. You'll have to find your own source for panels,
usually Schaeffer Apparatebau in Germany.

Looking farther afield, Synthesis Technology (MOTM) and Blacet in the
USA offer complete kits with panels and all parts. MOTM is the format
that Oakley is based upon.

any of you guys help a first timer with some knowledge of electronics.
I dont want to jump straight in and design and build my own modular
synth,so thought i would try and get a kit, something i can maybe modify
a bit and expand on later.
I am in the uk so would like to know of any uk companies that sell these
things, or if not any other country would do.
thank you all.
