There's a going joke that the simulation-heads simulate the hell out of their
stuff, but forget to check the relevance of things... so things could easilly
end up working when operating at a few MV or tossing a few 10s of W into a
0603 resistor. ;O)

If you ever seen the broadband amps they use in EMC centers, then you actually
start to wonder if it isn't a problem anyway ;o)
