    Bernie must include some postage in the price, I actually only paid
$300+$9.00 (he charges a bit extra for west of the Missisippi), and no sales
tax (only New York residents have to pay the sales tax)...I don't recall from
the order form anything specific about over seas shipping costs, from my
experience, it would probably depend a lot on which country it was going to.
