Yes, i do not want to force people to register just because
they want to add a link. At least not those people who are
actively participating in this wonderful list.

There has been a time where it was updated automatically. But
my ISP will still not allow my script to access a POP mail box that
is subscribed to the list for exactly that purpose...

yes, this was what i meant, too.

yes. But then i will have to test the entries if they include
only that link.

I have not had any choice at all. The first version of the archive
was done in Cold Fusion, but my ISP does no longer support that,
so i was forced to re-write the pages in ASP.
