Excellent! I've found that these work great in the Terry Mikulic
Electronotes design (aka the ASM-1 VCO). Nice price. Thanks, Ian.

Subject: [sdiy] new FETs at Mouser

Hi All --

The Mouser catalog now shows some Fairchild transistors. In particular,
they now again carry the PN4391 n-JFET, which in my opinion is the best
readily available discharge switch for sawtooth oscillators. You can get
either TO-92 or surface mount. The TO-92 is only $.16. This is a good
opportunity to stock up on these devices, as sometimes they seem to be hard
to find.

They also have the PN5432, which I believe some folks have also used for
the discharge switch. It carries more current but has a larger capacitance
than the 4391.

   Ian
