[sdiy] Juno-106 replacement sliders?

Hi List,

A friend found a slightly abused Juno-106, and wanted me to fix it for him.
 The shaft is broken off of 6 of the front panel sliders.

I called Roland (US) and they said both the sliders and slider caps are
discontinued.  Has anyone ever found an off-the-shelf replacement for
these?  Or does anyone have any parts to sell from a broken Juno?
